The Cathedral Treasury, located on the floor of the Esztergom basilica, is Hungary's richest ecclesiastical treasury, with a world-class collection of goldsmiths and textiles. The treasury presents artefacts and valuables accumulated from the 11th century to the present day. Originally, all the objects on display were acquired by the church for worship purposes.
